Online Identity Verification System

This Online Verification System (OVS) managed by the Ministry of Records (HHCRM) provides a safe and reliable means of verifying the authenticity of official identification issued through a chain of governing agency bodies of His Holy Church.

The Ministry of Records provides a standard personal identification verification (PIV) system designed to enhance security, reduce identity fraud, and protect the personal privacy of those issued its government identification.

All individual members at every level are "identity-proofed" through an unbroken chain of authentication. They have provided two or more forms of acceptable verificaiton kept on file with the Ministry. To prevent identity fraud, no one person or individual can be the sole offical that requests, authorizes, and issues official identification.
